I was in one of my favorite interior design showrooms the other day and was so enthralled by these new 1950′s inspired fabrics and wallpapers, I just had to do a new post about them.
These linen prints are so playful. I love the 50′s dresses and the colors. . . just the thing for pillows, window coverings and furniture in any mid century modern interior.

Wonderful Retro chair in gray and yellow, a favorite color scheme of mine. And the wallpaper captures the era to a tee!

The curtain fabric and sleek, minimalist sofa reiterate the 50′s theme so perfectly, you just want to sit right down and enjoy!
Crisp, clean wallpapers and fabrics enhance the spare style of these interiors. What could be more relaxing? High Society Collection by Villa Romo.
This post is for you, Linds!

Just about this time every year I start to think about spring. Don’t we all? I was inspired by these new introductions to some outdoor furniture lines that I like. Each one of them is inviting and enticing, reminding us that warm weather is on the way!

I was really drawn to the clean lines of this outdoor furniture group called Bloc by Gloster. It’s so tailored and comfotable looking it could go inside too.

More from Gloster. Very simple, modern styling that lets you change out the synthetic slings for more color options. I happen to love the turquoise-so cool, yet energizing.

Mid Century Modern goes outside. This take on the original Eames chair from the 1950′s is made in durable materials and finishes to withstand the elements. ”Outdoor Eames” from Design Within Reach.

More modern styling from Gloster. This group is called Cloud. Aptley named. All fabrics are acrylic (weatherproof)
